Our website was not designed to replace the face to face, or on the phone conversations that we have with our customers. The shopping cart was created more for customers with simple closet layouts, and a clear idea of what they want. If you are having a problem trying to figure out how to design and order, please give us a call at 208-375-4376, or go to the contact us page and send us an email. We do not spam people with offers if you send us an email through the contact us page, but we do have to ask for a certain amount of information to make sure that you are a human (not a computer program) showing real interest in a closet. If you would like Closet Hero to send you special offers please let us know in your email and we will do our best to keep you informed.

Our new website was launched on November 5, 2010, and came with this blog. Some of you may have visited our site before, or this may be your first time visiting the site after hearing our ads on the radio or seeing our booth in some of the local home shows.  Our recently updated website gives our customers the opportunity to avoid a high pressure sales situation and buy from the comfort of their own home. If you haven't heard of Closet Hero before, we invite you look around and contact us if you have any questions we can answer for you.

If you are having problems viewing our site you may need to update your browser if it has not been done in a while. Also we would like visitors to know that you can look at our products and pricing under the shop tab, but you must login or register to purchase anything. This is simply to keep computer programs from falsely ordering our products. We do not blanket email advertise or sell any information that you use to login with, we just use the login to verify that you are in fact a real person.

Closet Hero is a local company trying to provide the most customer friendly way to purchase a closet by offering our products online, but if computers tend to confuse you like they confuse me, and you would prefer to talk to a real person at any point please call us at 208-375-4376. We are sometimes speaking with other customers in person when you call, and may not be able to make it to the phone, but if you leave a brief message and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
